Shipping Times

  • UK & Europe: Typically 7–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: Typically 8–14 business days

  • Rest of World: Usually 10–16 business days, depending on location

Tracking

Every order includes full DHL tracking. Once your backdrop has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your door.

Customs & Duties

  • UK Customers: Orders may be subject to VAT and import duties upon arrival. DHL will contact you directly if any charges apply.

  • EU Customers: Local VAT and duties may be payable before delivery.

  • USA Customers: Please note, tariffs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. DHL will advise you if any fees are due before delivery.

  • Rest of World: Import rules vary by country – please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Packaging & Care

Your backdrop will arrive securely packed with both the frame and fabric protected for international shipping. If the fabric has light creases from transit, these will naturally relax once assembled or can be gently steamed.
